I had an excellent experience with Lemle & Wolff. From the start, their team was incredibly professional and attentive. When I had an issue with my heating during the winter they had a technician out the same day and the problem was resolved within hours. Their property management is top-notch, the building is always clean and well-maintained, and secure. I was also impressed with how they handled my lease renewal making the process simple and transparent. The staff is always courteous and quick to respond to inquiries. I highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and responsive property management!

Amazing company with great staff. They are super helpful, considerate and accommodating. They manage and maintain their properties to meet a high standard. Everyone follows protocol and practice. Their development and construction divisions are helping to restore the beauty of building predominantly in the Bronx, but in Brooklyn and Queens as well. They are re-shaping the quality of buildings that need major renovations, upgrades restoration and aesthetic amelioration. well we having problem communicating. no answer phone any extension when we try to solve problem. but they rush to send eviction notices in the rush to intimidate the tenet. Because if you don’t owe rent and you responsable tenant why sent this notice. Last time they did it cause to my partner health issue and now they sent again just for for be to filled out . I’m very disappointed with this company.

How this company is so bad in customer service I can’t find words to describe it. You call: NO ONE ANSWERS IT; you leave voice messages: NO ONE RETURNS TO YOU; in the very very rare occasion that you’re in luck to speak with someone: THEY’RE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, THEY SCREAM AT YOU that makes you as a customer/tenant feel you are no one, like you’re living in one of their apts for free. They hang up the phone on you. Who owns this company or who is the big boss for this company? Are you aware how poorly professionals and educated the people who work at Lemle & Wolff are? I’ve been trying for over a week now to reach out to someone about my leasing renewal, no one answers my call or get back to me. My next step is to reach out to HDC. Someone gotta be helpful. It’s unbelievable!

They lack organizational skills and time management. They send a letter. Basically, rushing others to office in worry of eviction. Only cater to the Latin community. Incompetence and ignorance don't mix in an office setting. No regard for the elderly or medically challenged. Tenants. Bad business practices

the people who work here are so unprofessional two times i gave these people all my personal information for me and my kids and they tell you that you qualify and that your gonna get a two bedroom even told me the amount and everything and now im on a waitlist. i dealt with Niurka pena she was nice at the beginning then went MIA i called several times and left several emails and no answer for about a month and a half. once i emailed her again and told her i would be showing up to the office to see what's the update and immediately emailed me back with a nasty unprofessional reply. im really convinced that these people are either stealing peoples information or just giving the apartments to people they know because i was up next i qualified they had an apartment for me even told me the monthly rent and now im on a waitlist when they said they had one apartment for me. Niurka is very unprofessional and needs to be fired. why tell someone they have the apartment then go mia for almost two month i also posted the email.

Please stay away from this people they so un responsable with there apartment rat ? visiting me all the time and they don’t do nothing. Plus I have a hole on the bathroom with water like a waterfall and all they did was to put a plactic on it Is like this for 1 years allegedly so tired I’m moving out plus they never pic up and they try to get me I evicted from the apartment over some paper I sent them allready

I give up! I thought the reviews was more negative then positive. So I tested it out. We got a call to view a apt from Pena, she one of the company workers. She tell us it's ready to move in. So she ask us to view it. When that time came, the information to the super was never given. Then ask us to view it again. We wait for the information again! Just for her communication to be horrible!!! So we finally get in touch through email! . Just to say oh the super said it's not ready! Aren't you suppose to have facts first!? Then you sale.. like the reviews are accurate! Especially when it comes to calling. You can't even pull up to the office. Because they require a appointment. To me I think they afraid of people out burst. So it's hard to just walk in. If I ain't have God in me .... I would of lost it!
