There are serious concerns regarding the Executive Team and HR management at this company such as lack of professionalism, unfair treatment and discriminatory behavior. It is particularly concerning that the head of HR has exhibited racist behaviors, hygiene and professionals standards, and does not handle employee concerns in an appropriate manner, leading to further dissatisfaction and frustration among the workforce.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They are a poorly run company that try to make it impossible to get paid and then act like there is nothing they can do about it and will bounce you around from person to person and nobody will know what they are doing. Do not perform work for them.

Update:
4 years later of working with All American - nothing has changed, they will nickel and dime vendors to lower the incurred charges stating that work wasn't done, when it was. They pay our invoices ok, usually with not much delay, but you sure have to fight to get any NTE increase approved, they either don't pick up the phone, don't reply or altogether claim that it wasn't approved! Instead of giving you increase to finish the job, they send another company to finish it and then claim that work wasn't done and they try to avoid paying you for incurred. It's frustrating and draining to work with them!

Initial review:
I've done work with All American FM with a few jobs a year only and wish they send more work. They are a little bit slow to pay but always paid the invoices. I'm degrading my review from 5 star to 1 star due to All American did not pay the incurred charges in full and decided to shop around for lower bidder and manager of the store was very frustrated due to multiple vendors doing assessment over and over.
All American is calling vendors and their employees to review them on Google and give them 5 stars to get better online rating. That is why there are so many employees are reviewing with 5 stars as they all pressured from top.....

Like other maintenance companies like this one, they are the worst. I have had to take legal action against almost all these companies because they do not pay. And like a comment here, they have several people calling about a work order but none of them communicate with each other, they lose photos, files and you get a different answer from each employee. These people will call me (vendor) many times a day to get the work started and once completed they do not return calls, text messages, and emails. these people will lie to a vendor just like they did to me. Days after completing work i was told my check was being processed, it is now 47 days and no payment and out of at least 25+ emails/text not one reply. AAFM is in the top 3 of poor communication and the employees are unprofessional. It is very sad that I stopped my busy schedule to help these people because hey said it was an emergency and then they do not pay. I will do whatever I can to expose these people no matter how much money it cost me.

I wish there was a -5 star to be given, this company has wasted days of our time with wrong information 6 different people calling us over entire days not knowing what is going on in their own company then putting us on hold for up to half an our costing us other jobs that we can’t answer due to their incompetence. On top of that they don’t pay their bills and blame others for not knowing who has control of a job.

It’s the most unorganized, uneducated and ghetto speaking group of workers I’ve ever encountered in the 35 years of customer service I’ve been involved in.

I would hope that Gap Inc. will find this helpful and fire these clowns so they can get their buildings fixed correctly.

As a side note: almost all of the 5 star reviews seem to be from employees of the company to provide fake reviews to make them look better then they are.

Too bad there's isn't a -5. It has been 60 days and they have not paid me. I did the honorable thing and stopped my busy schedule to get their work order completed because they said it was an emergency. They also promised they weren't like other maintenance companies about lies and paying vendors. I kept all text messages, all emails, and I recorded all phone calls because I've been through this before. Make sure you have plenty of evidence when dealing with these scam artist. I will take legal action against this company

Definitely a great company! I enjoy receiving work orders and guidance from there teams and members. Especially the Gold Team; I personally enjoy communicating with Briana, Tawrence, Char, Michelle, Wednesday, Obie, & Glenn. The absolute worst company to work with. They will harass you with phone calls when there is an open "work order" even if we are waiting on information from them to complete an estimate or the job.
