It's been over 2 months, Tech came out twice to fix the A/C unit that was installed by "FMM" Denham Springs ,LA. The unit was" never" fixed. The tech that came out smelled like a bar room!! He left the wires hanging, a/c unit broken. Never brought the part back that was needed to fix the unit.When he was leaving, he walked up to a guard dog that was on a chain.... After being told, "she bites," he was smiling and stumbling ! He stated oh she just playin. I have a big dog myself, and he's all bark, no bite ,just licks. Didn't bring part back that was needed to fix the unit. After @ 6 or 7 calls to "FMM" asking for managers. The electrical office assistant, Tori finally told me that No One was coming back out! Due to the tech getting bitten. The dog teeth scratch his skin ,SHE DIDN'T EVEN BITE HIM! He showed me & my husband the scratch,we were standing outside when it happened. We told him NOT to go by the dog. Still stated he was ok . He was going to get the part & he will be back.... Never showed back up... But keep in mind, we have Beware of Dog signs & he was told that she bites. He still took it upon himself to walk up to her! NOW, my special needs daughter, kids & grandkids are left with a Broken a/c unit for the summer hot as it is!

This company provided services to my home,in St. Helena Parish,Greensburg, Louisiana, not to my business! Also, provided plumbing services. The customer service from the plumbing department was Awesome from the office assistant to the Tech.
The service from the Electrical Department was" Awful" . Mr. Mike , Troy, the Electrical Manger wouldn't even take the time to answer my calls or call me back . After I kept calling, Tori told me he was on vacation . And he stated that "NO" ONE WAS COMING BACK OUT.... So i asked her if the company would pay someone else to fix the project they left open? She said Troy said No! I still asked to have him give me a call. That's been over 3 or 4 weeks now, but there's still no communication from him. Tori, the electrical office assistant, was polite during this process,even after several calls to the office. Expressing the Frustration. My air is still broken & and I express the frustration of the open broke A/C unit with the pictures to prove it!

Andy from FMM is great with AC work! Very knowledgeable and efficient. And it seems like he really likes the job (which can't be easy in south Louisiana heat!) He was very professional and kind, got the job done quick.

I just wanted to say thanks to FMM for always being ready to help. My experiences over the last several years have been positive. I've had several opportunities over the past few years to see them in action. Most recently a portion of my privacy fence was blown down during a storm and FMM responded quickly getting my fence back up. I get my Heat/AC serviced twice a year and I turn to them any time I have an emergency situation at my home. They are always able to help me quickly or assist me in getting the appropriate help.
I can't say I'm looking forward to having more issues at my home, but I'm glad I know who to call when I do!

FMM is a well rounded, all around great company- you can pretty much call them for ANYTHING and they have a department that can handle the job. I have been using them on site since 2016 and have had many many wonderful experiences. I mostly have used them for HVAC as well as Plumbing!

After 3 different techs came out to fix my AC unit it was still broken. The next tech told us we needed a complete overhaul for $3,900. After a second opinion my former AC service company came out & had it fixed within 10 mins. Then FMM billed me $389.00 for the service call where the last tech did NOTHING to my broken unit. They sent me to a collections agency for $389.00 who were very rude. I paid it reluctantly & will never do business with them again!

I'm a property manager with 300 units. I use FMM for the majority of my capital projects and the occasional service request that we can't handle in house. By year end, they will have completed over $1.25m in projects successfully. They are responsive and can handle just about anything you throw their way. Definitely recommend letting them bid on any major projects you have in the pipeline. Ask for Brandon in Sales, and he will help put together a plan that suits your needs.
