So yummy ! You can choose the type of noodle you want for your dish. I think they’re made from scratch too, along with the dumplings wrapper.

There’s a good amount of vegan dishes. I love that the mapo tofu doesnt have pork in it like at other restaurants.

My husband liked the beef noodle soup. Perfect noodle texture w thinly sliced beef in a super flavorful broth.

Def coming back here to try more dishes !

One of the best and unique Chinese noodle restaurant in West Hollywood.
First time here and I tell you I am impressed and on awe!
Every dish that we ordered was unique in its own flavor, and freshness from the dumplings, mapo tofu, to the simplest smashed cucumber salad.
My favorite was five spice beef, and the pork dumplings.
All the noodles are made fresh by the special chef and they come in 8 different shape and are made to order.
I will definitely be back to try other dishes.

Amazing Chinese food with a unique flavor profile. I can honestly say I’ve never tasted anything like it. It is anything but run of the mill. I tried their chow mein and it was amazing. The Dan Dan noodles are great too but spicy. They have several different noodle shapes to choose from. One is triangular! Wow! They make the noodles in house and you can even watch them do this! Service is really great. They voided my Dan Dan dish because it was too hot for me and I didn’t even have to ask for that. The cashier suggested it. There’s parking in a structure beneath the mall this restaurant is located in.

Finally an authentic Lanzhou noodle around WeHo.
I had the Lan noodle, thick flat noodle soup topped with slices of beef.
I also had the cold chicken dish - scallion chicken.
Both dishes tasted authentic.

The braised beef will be much for flavorful than the lan noodles as it is served with richer cuts of beef.

The chicken noodles is decent. It is a bit bland to the taste. There will be days you’ll like s lighter lunch, this will be that choice.

The service was very quick. My noodles came out in just few minutes of wait.

There is also free parking for 1 hour at the basement.

Hidden gem alert! Lan Noodle on Santa Monica Boulevard serves authentic, mouth-watering La Mian that will transport your taste buds to China. The Zha Jiang Mian was spot on - rich, savory, and utterly delicious. However, the Guo Tie (Pan-Fried Dumplings) would benefit from using Chinese chives instead of celery for an even more authentic flavor. That being said, the handmade noodles and generous portions make this place a must-visit for any noodle lover. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!

I ordered the braised beef based on a picture in the reviews. The server convinced me the size was small. However, when I got the food it was in a bowl similar to a big coffee mug so I was little disappointed but it tasted great. Will order the regular size next time.

Incredible food, fair prices, and great service. Some of most authentic and fresh Szechuan you’ll get in the US.

The food came out in almost 5 minutes and the waitress was very helpful throughout the meal. She even let us try a cup of a sour plum drink before we bought it just to make sure we’d like it.

You can’t go wrong here but I’d recommend the Dan Dan Noodle, Mapo tofu, chili oil splash noodle, cucumber, and pan fried chicken potstickers.
