If you’re new to the Sun River community, you’ll love working with Margie Groce at the community center! She’s kind, helpful and a very nice person! My lucky mother lives in the SR community and my siblings and I have been impressed with Margie’s attention to detail and help with filling out forms, advising on processes/procedures and directing us to people in the community who can help with care, as needed. Do yourself a favor, when daytime temps reach 110+, wait until the sun sets, the owls and bats come out, the people are in bed and take a refreshing swim in the amazing new swimming pool! You won’t be disappointed!

The fitness team at Sun River are exceptional! Weston always has a smile on his face and happily steps in if I need assistance. His informative style of instructing has made getting in shape feel enjoyable and safe.

Melissa’s positivity and friendliness make her classes like no other. She is always aware of what’s going on, creating a trusting and fun environment in the process. I have nothing but praise for both of them!

Weston has done a wonderful job managing the fitness program for Sunriver! One of the very best things he has done is to bring Melissa on board. She is absolutely excellent! She is very friendly and totally professional and adds benefit to the lives of all who take her classes. I appreciate both Weston and Melissa so very much!

I’ve had experiences with several property management companies, and it’s rare to come across one as efficient and community-focused as PMP Management. At SunRiver, my go to guy Seth goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Unlike other companies I’ve dealt with, where communication was slow and maintenance requests took a whole lunar cycle to the point where my dog was making calls too. Here I feel things are handled promptly and with great care. The community feels well-maintained and prioritized and there’s a sense of trust knowing that Seth and his team are on top of things more than Parmesan cheese. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a well-managed and friendly place to live!

I have really appreciated the help of all the PMP staff here at SunRiver in St George. I've interacted a lot with Barb, Kristin, Josh, Alicia, Brittany, Lisa and Tarek. And I think they are all great! I wanted to give a special thanks today to Aaron, Darren & Sebastian. I needed something taken care of for the SR Theatre Club, and they did it right away. When asked if the email request had been received, Sebastian said they'd already taken care of it (and said who helped). It's nice not to wait a long time for something to be done. BTW, This is not Ken, but his wife.

Brio has been a great place to live these last few years! We love the community and the staff at the clubhouse. There are regular activities that have been fun for our kiddos and our parents! The last pool party of the summer had a DJ and free ice cream. Between my father in law and my four year old, I don't know who had more fun making music requests 🙂 If you are looking for a great place to live in Southern Utah, this is the location! On the North side of the I-15 has no traffic, new Main Street ramp on and off the I-15 will be a nice addition.

I cannot say enough positive things about PMP Property management group! Being a plumbing vendor for them has been super simple. They make it so easy with their communication skills and advising My team and I on the task that we need to complete for them on their jobs. If they are this good with us, I can Only imagine the kind of service that they give to the rest of their clients. I wish I can give them more than just five stars!
