We work with JPM in every aspect. We have been working with them for over 4yrs now I believe. We rent Commercial Offices from them, we rent a home from them, and we also work with them as vendors. They are friendly, kind, and super helpful every time. I love their portal for when there are issues that need to be reported for the properties we rent from them. One of the worst experiences of my life. My place was infested with cockroaches. When I told them about them, they said it was my problem. Have to take care of it myself. Also my fridge was broken took A week and a half To get a service Tec He couldn't fix it. It took 3 months to get a new fridge. And at the end they stole my deposit
