Y’all want to see something hilarious… one of their “contractors” came out to “fix” the leak…. look at the after. Oh and we were told to put another ticket in. By the way my realtor friend told me to o document it all as well as their lack of concern when I have requested several times to speak with management.

Update: it’s still a scam! Finally came to take the branch off roof. We had to tarp it ourselves. About a week later sent someone to “patch” the roof instead of replace the roof after the initial contractor said the entire roof needs to be replaced. Oh and now we have 2 leaks in separate locations. They love to schedule a contractor to come out but when the contractor does not show crickets. Regret moving into this property, it hasn’t even been 5 months living here.

ITS A SCAMMMMMMMMM! Run! Don’t waste you time, energy, health or mental health! I am honestly surprised they haven’t been reported or part of a class action suit. Very careless with repairs… the people in charge are getting paid to do absolutely nothing. I’ve put in over 12 service requests since we moved in on March 28th. They deal with horrible investors or owners and don’t hold them accountable for basic maintenance. Avoid MYND at all costs! It’s a scam and I’m convinced whoever owns/ runs it can care less about the company itself. Save yourself the hassle rent from some place with half the hassle! And again we have been at this property since March 28, 2024! A F bomb shame! Also please do not fall for that service scam. Where they schedule a service and lie and say they tried contacting you or no one was home. Half the workers they send out do not speak English so when they come do the work it’s a language barrier and whoever is contracted they need to fire. I’m sure it’s something more like somebodies cousins or uncle because that’s what the results are… I’ve reached out to realtor friends who told me make sure to have everything in writing and documented. Mouse droppings, holes, cracked foundation, and window leaked, the fence was that way when we moved in we had to fix it that same day. Do you think we got any credit towards our rent… Heck naw!

If it was possible to leave this company zero stars, I would. They are absolutely a scam of a property management company. I had nearly $1,000 deducted from my security deposit for the marketability of the property when I moved out. Is the marketability of the property that they’re supposed to manage the responsibility of the tenant? Absolutely not. After disputing the charges, it took them over a month to provide proof of “damage.” Even after all this time, I still haven’t received the information I requested. If you’re thinking about renting from this company, DON’T DO IT. It’s not worth the headache.

One of the worst companies I have partnered with. They property managers do not take any responsibility. Do not even answer phones or return calls promptly. Their standard response whenever they do call back is I had a lot of meetings. Every query comes back with a response of I will look into it and get back to you. Lastly their subcontractors and in-house property management LLc ensure that they bill heavily for trivial things and pretty much as a owner you get peanuts deposited into your account after they take a major share of the rent collected for various charges. Only honest hardworking people are the customer service people who answer phones. But they are helpless and also can't get through to the property managers or their supervisors. Either they are on vacations or not available due to a meeting . It is a sham at best. I strongly advise people to stay away from them . I can only speak for the people managing my property but the lackluster response to our concerns etc reflects on how the company functions.

Absolute horrible property management company. They have taken over a month to fix my dishwasher, 3 separate times now. They slap you with a fine anytime HOA sends them a message, but never respond back as to why you have a fee there. You cannot call and actually talk to somebody, just told they will call you back. They refer you to the app, but yet app get a response 4/5 days later. These people suck, plain and simple. Never would I recommend these people to anyone!

It's either staggering incompetence or they actively try to steal your deposit based on previous tenants' damage. We would never, ever recommend renting with them. We've been going back and forth with Mynd for 3 months for withholding roughly half of our deposit for issues clearly left by previous tenants that were dislosed upon move in.

On top of that, they refused to remediate black mold that we reported to them multiple times along with rotting fences and structures in the back yard with significant storm/hurricane damage. They also refused to fix the dryer for 3 months due to "needing to get an estimate."

If the property is owned or managed by this group, run.

Originally Mynd seemed fine, they managed our rental during our move in process and for the first month. We recently moved over to another company, lost access to our Mynd account and yesterday were charged rent by the new company and Mynd.

Now we are out nearly $2,300 dollars unexpectedly as all our bills are coming out in the next two weeks. Took them one day to screw up two weeks, and yet will take them 7-10 business days to refund the money.

How a company could be so unorganized as to what properties they no longer manage, and then process an auto payment after removing my ability to delete that card is absolutely ridiculous.

Guys please listen to these reviews, I never make reviews on anything but my experience was so bad I am genuinely making this review to let people know not to rent with them . Guys they are greedy people, they WILL find a way to mess you over and get extra money from you. Their lease terms and conditions are literally made to mess you over. I rented with them because I was desperate, but they taught me my lesson to listen to the reviews ! My time living there I experienced ; getting ignored by the maintenance guy, putting in numerous complaints about my duplex neighbors smoking inside and the smell filling my part of the duplex and absolutely nothing being done about it, making it a VERY difficult process to get information from them to be able to move out , not being prorated for the days I payed for while they are in possession of the property and I’m waiting to hear back about my safety deposit but I already know they are going to try to hit me with something saying that I don’t qualify to get it back. I expect the worse from them , please listen to these reviews guys

I've only been living here since June 3rd and I already have to take legal action against them. As well as report them to the city. Sewage has been backing up into my home for over a week now, leaving it uninhabitable and forcing me to stay in a hotel at my own expense. The vendors they hire to come fix the issue keeps rescheduling when it's time to come. Home smells like a sewage with biohazard floating in my tubs! Worst decision of my life renting from this company. Avoid this company like the plague!!!
