The lady who runs this Management company who goes by the name Rita does not have any Credentials nor a single review and she is the most rudest and incapable person who is some how running this so called Management company out of a Club house and she acts like she has the knowledge and ability of a Professional but she is totally incapable and does illegal jobs and feels she is not answerable to any one.
This person has to be taken to task and if she is hired by any one people watch out she is going to bring Misery and Financial loss and Distress.
Warning every one who comes in contact with RITA Fernandez OF SIMPLE SOLUTIONS Company to be beware of this person who acts like she has the Authority to do what she likes whether it harms a Property Owner who has paid money for their property and dues paid for her salary to ignore and harass them then she needs to be in check and that will be a Joint legal action very soon.

Response rate to e-mail requests has dramatically declined and open communication with owners about important updates concerning ongoing issues is non-existent. A sue or be sued culture now prevails among homeowners, management and the board with threatening lawsuits becoming the norm to get things done. Can't speak with the board directly and can't get answers to e-mail requests from this management company (sometimes for years). Rita sent the last board meeting notice in July 2016 and a copy of those minutes is still pending release. The 2018 board of directors meeting schedule is unavailable. This is very detrimental to the well-being of our community. During annual homeowners meetings, she participates in discussions that frequently escalate into antagonistic behavior. She does not hesitate to interrupt the speaker which just fuels the fire. No meeting goes by without her mentioning to somebody about getting lawyers involved and this creates an atmosphere of hostility. Home is supposed to be a safe and comforting place for your relaxation and enjoyment, not a dwelling filled with trepidation.

Horrible....do not work with Rita Fernandez, she is unprofessional, doesn't pay the associations bills, she takes no responsibility for the huge problems that she causes.
