Needed 2 outside doors replaced. Owner didn't know much about doors. At first quoted me a price without measuring the doors. In fact he had to borrow my tape measure. The doors he delivered were wrong hinged. We were ok with one but the other not. The carpenter who installed the doors did an excellent job. To me the job was way over priced but the installer saved the job. I had to throw the old doors away myself. Installer I give 9+, owner not so much.

Robert Wood offered a guaranteed cost contract to add a new garage and double the size of our existing kitchen/dining. He stated first payment would be used to buy materials upfront and gave a 90 day completion date. He never honored any of these terms, providing substandard work and failed pay his subs. Start date of 5-2/2022 with only the slab done by 6/1/2022. By mid August framing and roof were done and we had paid 98% of contract. He totally disappeared at this point no lobger responding to my calls or texts. We hired an attorney and Mr. Wood has not responded to attorney demands. Lawsuit is commencing. It cost us $150,000 to finish this construction so this company walked off with more than $100,000 of our cash. A real con artist. Please never do business with Robert Wood. He is a black man about 42 years old from California. His last known address is a residence in Cinco Ranch in Katy TX

Worst experience I’ve ever had. We hired them to hang wallpaper. They did a horrible job. After sending pictures they agreed the person did an awful job and it needed to be corrected. They gave us the run-around for two months after that. This work was done on a rental property and twice we blocked off the houses for them to come fix it and both times they cancelled on us so we lost over $1000 in revenue because of them. Beyond that the customer service was awful. The woman we were communicating with only called between 9-11pm and was extremely rude considering how accommodating we were given the damage they did to our house. When I finally spoke to the owner he said he’d call me right back and then ghosted me. We now have to pay someone else to fix the damage they did. Do not use!

Found these guys on thumbtack. Firstly, they were very responsive and punctual with their work. We had a company bang up our walls, stairs, and a window trying to bring a fridge up to our kitchen, and these guys fixed it up and now you can't even tell something happened there.

I took off one star because payment was tricky. Although it looked like they accepted credit cards, turns out they didn't which made payment harder since they wanted cash right away.

This is the worst company I have ever seen this company don't like to pay his worker he let them go talk to his client for the money he owes An they paid them already for all the work that he didn't do he do a half job Leaves furniture all over even Stacked on top of one another never seen so much bad work around someones home that they are living in he had Construction dust on everything fingerprints all over on the appliances Baseboard not even on the home very sloppy work. I would never recommend this company to anyone I never seen work like this done before The worst company in history don't do it he have his friends to leave him REVIEWS DON'T DO IT.....BLESS YOU ALL

I inquired about fixing a door that would not latch and I was quoted $225 to start the job. Another contractor completed the job perfectly for $75 on a Sunday!

We found this company on Thumbtack—Rob reached out very quickly, came out the next day and gave an estimate... and the fence we needed was built the same day!! The crew did a fast, clean job—we were impressed!
