My lawn was not serviced during the month of March 2023. I left Solomon a couple of voicemail messages and a couple of text messages indicating the lack of service and have not received a response. Every month for the past year I have received messages of unpaid invoices when I typically pay within 24 hours of receiving the invoices. I have tried to address this matter via messages to Solomon, and again there are no responses to my messages. What is even more frustrating is there is no customer service available to ask questions or address concerns. Obviously, it appears the company is driven by money only because the Amazon portal only gives the option to make payments or purchase additional services. I am very disappointed and dismayed because I have been a decade-long customer. I hope someone from your company contacts me to resolve these outstanding matters.

I am the author of the above posting, and I would like to append the post. I have spoken to Solomon several times since the posting, and he addressed the reasons for the miscommunications and misunderstanding of the past several months. He assured me that they have been corrected and I can expect better service in the future. He has been professional and has responded in a timely manner to all of my queries. Solomon has a passion for helping others, and his ministry and objective is to provide the widest range of services via BW Property Management Group at a very affordable price to his customers. I have confidence that my displeasure is a thing of the past and I can expect to receive excellent customer service in the future. I would like to add that I am happy and pleased with efforts of Samuel the lawn person who services my lawn. He and his wife/girlfriend have done an excellent job in mowing, edging, and caring for my lawn. I am pleased. Thank you.

I canceled them in August of 2023 and am still being billed, in spite of submitting requests to Amex to dispute the charges (which they did in January). I am still being bill for this ridiculous HOA maintenance plan that does not show up on their website.

My last recorded invoice, on their website, was paid July 10th, 2023. No one has been to property in almost a year, yet I still have a recurring charge of $37.28.

Absolute scam company. Currently working with Amex to resolve this. Hopefully they get flagged for fraud.

Update: A month after posting my truthful review of BW Solomon randomly calls me to threaten me with legal action. Apparently he doesn't like being called a scam company, in spite of him billing me over a year without rendering services forcing me to continually submit billing disputes.

I've attached a screenshot of the "schedule of services" that I was given when signing up. The only one that was actually completed was the first month of weed spraying.

UPDATE 8/7/24: Unfortunately I’m not having a good experience with this company like I used to when I signed up a little bit over 2 years ago. I signed up again for the 7/10/2024 - 8/9/2024 cycle and still have not received any service. I contacted them several times through phone call and it just gets disconnected after ringing a few times, also opened a service ticket a week ago that has gone unanswered as well. I ended up canceling through the website and paid someone else to mow my lawn the same day. Wasted money.

Been using this company for around 6 months now (2022) after a neighbor recommended it and besides because of bad weather they have always showed up when they are supposed to. Price is basically unbeatable at 3x less than what everyone have quoted me before to come 2-3 times a month. I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would. I signed up in late April to start Service in early May and was suppose to hear from, Solomon for a walk of my property. Well, I have contacted them several times either by texting or calling the phone number that was attached to the initial text message. As of today still no call from, Solomon. Could you even imagine if I was an established customer, Sheesh! I don't know how anyone could give them a positive review. I have a feeling he makes his employees write positive ones to off set all the bad ones. Hopefully the Owner of the Business will get rid of the problem. I'll be leaving a review on Angi's List too.

I've been using BW management to mow the grass on my Orlando property for years. Paying the invoices online has been extremely easy with just one click and their technical support has been excellent. They have always been there to answer my questions and assist with any issues. I highly recomend using their services.

Update 2: Owner never called so I assumed we were all good, but I'm having the same issue again this month. Even though I'm still receiving bi-weekly service, they invoiced me the weekly service rate. There is no way to get a hold of anyone for help and their online portal does not allow you to edit or cancel services yourself. I've called and texted the owner multiple times to no avail. I am trying to cancel my service at this point and I have no way to do so.

Update: the owner reached out to me the day after writing the original review and was able to resolve the issue. My service has been accidentally changed to weekly from bi-weekly somehow. This was the first billing issue so I will continue to be a customer since they do have competitive rates for the services provided.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Company doesn’t respond if you have any issues. No one ever answers the phone, responds to emails or answers their “live chats”. I have been overcharged double the normal rate by mistake (I assume unless their rates suddenly doubled) and there’s nothing I can do to resolve it since I can’t reach anyone. Very disappointed and very frustrated. I’ve been a customer for almost 9 years and I guess you get what you pay for.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from support for a week, since my lawn has not been taken care of all month, even though my services have been marked as complete. I’m unable to get in contact with a real person, and at this point I’m sure I’m being avoided. Either I need to be assigned a new contractor who will actually come by, or I need to be refunded for the money I keep throwing to them without getting anything in return

I don't know where to begin. If you are looking for an easy way to get started, signing up is easy. If you want to cancel, good luck. We transferred our service from Avalon to Lee Vista, easy enough. There was a time when we were told our grass was cut, but I was home and the guy never got out of his truck. I made a complaint and Solomon, who I assume is an owner or manager, contacted me right away and it was resolved.

When we moved back to Avalon from Lee Vista just recently, I contacted them via the internet and informed them we were no longer in need of services. I continued to receive messages that our lawn was being serviced at our previous address. I found an old message from Solomon and told him we had moved, I had also sent another message to them, via the website or my email (can't remember which). That was ignored, and we again were told our lawn was serviced. I called and called, but am redirected to some chat waiting line. When engaged in a chat, you message but no one gets back to you. And now, we were charged AGAIN and these guys had the nerve to add a tip and charge us $61. We moved on 10/30, it is now December. No response, now I have to cancel my debit card just to get these guys out of my pocket.

This company has no quick link or FAQ to cancel your service. And they have withdrawn money I needed for something else. Disgusted does not begin to describe how I feel. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.
