If you’re looking for cleaning services for your business I would highly recommend CCS. We utilize them for common area, amenity cleaning, and unit turn cleans. We have worked with them for about three years now and are happy to continue the relationship. Pricing is great and service is even better. The dedicated cleaner at one of our sites “Gladys” is phenomenal and is great at what she does. Susi has been my point of contact from the beginning and has been great to work with. She is responsive, so professional and is able to get stuff done! There have been instances where we had construction emergencies or quick turn around times and Susi made what ever we needed happen! I can’t say enough great things about this company.

I have worked with CCS for over 2 years now and they have been great! Susi, our account manager, is always quick to respond with anything we need or emergencies we have had. They always keep an eye out for anything out of place at our properties. We really appreciate their hard work and dedication to helping keeping our properties clean and tidy.

The staff at the lipan Street location is extremely rude. They always Park in my spot and when I asked them not to they basically tell me to go f myself. Even the UPS delivery people tell us that they are a nightmare to deal with. I do not support business
