Located right near the baggage claim so even though I was 30 early, I thought I'd see if my rental was available. Unfortunately, the class of car I had reserved only had 1 on the lot and it was brought back with a broken windshield.

Adrian H made it right though. He let me know there would be a rental expected back in an hour and he'd hold it, as well as call me when it was ready to pick up.

Sure enough, an hour later, I got a call back and drove away a satisfied customer.

Enterprise is always top tier with their customer service. I initially booked with Budget when traveling to Lansing and the experience was horrible - from waiting in line for hours and customers being assigned vehicles that don't operate. I vowed to not use Budget again.

My next booking was with Enterprise to drive to Detroit and the entire process was smooth. No issues at all. You truly get what you pay for. So Save yourself the Time and Energy and go with a good thing. Enterprise has never given me issues. I don't know why I even tried a different company to start this trip.

This was July 3rd. I reserved a car at another rental service that was not able to help me. I walked over to Enterprise and asked the lady if she had SUVs for rent. She said yes and asked for my credit card and ID. I didn't have a credit card and she instantly said you need a credit card, sorry. My heart sank because we were leaving tomorrow morning for TN. An agent overheard us and asked if I lived in MI and I said yes. He called another location and I was able to get my SUV. I want to acknowledge this employee and thank him for taking the time to assist me when the other employee did not. I don't remember his name but he was tall, slim, short brown hair. Thanks to you ?

Don’t use enterprise at this airport. Use Avis or budget right next to them. 1000 times better customer service and better rate.

Booked a mini van at enterprise. They call us morning of our pickup to tell us we don’t have it Supposably. No missed call or voicemail.

They say they have an suv for us at the standard rate and offered no discount. We could have gone to a more convenient location but chose this one because it said there was a mini van available. The blonde manager women stated the system isn’t her problem and refused to change the rate and stated “the only way she could change the price was by adjusting the rate and it was “already pretty cheap”…it was over $150 a day for an suv.

The guy next door at Avis / Budget Hooked it up and gave us a mini van for less than what the suv at enterprise cost.

Enterprise you far exceeded the worst customer service I’ve ever seen I hope the girl that works there finds what she wants to do with her life because she clearly hates it here and takes it out on her customers.

Rented a car at enterprise through online, drove 2 hours and planned a trip depending on it. When I was 10 minutes from the airport to pick up the car, and Adrain, or whatever this idiots name was, decided to “ call me out of curiosity” to let me know they don’t have any cars for me to use.

Pick another rental service when going through lansing. Enterprise/ national suck and don’t care about you or your plans.

0 stars, and will never use enterprise ever again. Advice: Fix your website, and hire new people.

This is the third time I have booked a reservation and checked in for the reservation just to show up and there be no car available. Do not go here. My favorite part is when I got there and they said they had no cars for me even though I had a confirmation number. They told me to call around to other enterprise locations, they don't have the same system so they can find a car for me. I had to sit in the airport on hold trying to find a new enterprise that could get me a car same day since my airport reservation couldn't transfer to a new store.
