Where do I even begin? Lan was the primary shooter for our wedding in July 2024. It's almost impossible to quantify the ways that Lan contributed to our day, and I am still in shock at how much I paid for how much we got. Aside from how much we loved Lan's portfolio, there was also so much in his biography that resonated with us as a couple. From the moment we met Lan at our (incredibly well-priced) engagement session, we knew we had hit the nail on the head. Talking to him was easy, we shared tons of common interests, and despite both feeling very awkward in front of a camera, Lan captured our love and excitement with such intimacy and authenticity.

Because of the connection we built at our engagement session, welcoming Lan into our getting-ready spaces was much more like greeting an old friend than meeting a wedding vendor. Alongside my bridesmaids, the most important people in my life, Lan was another trusted presence as I had my hair and makeup done. My husband Sean was a bundle of nerves in his own getting-ready space, and I know he was relieved at Lan's arrival for some photos of Sean with his groomsmen. I didn't wear a watch on the big day, but I know he was there past what we had paid him for. He was insistent that he was having a great time, and every guest I mentioned him to had something to say about what a joyful presence he was throughout the day.

When we got our gallery back (far sooner than the expected delivery date), we were in absolute awe. Lan delivered far above and beyond what we had ever dreamed of receiving when we started planning our wedding, and frankly above and beyond what we even expected based on our pricing/package details. From the staged family photos and accessory shots to the candids of guests and private moments between my husband and me, Lan truly captured the warmth, intimacy, love, and connection we felt throughout our special day. All those guests who had kind words for Lan ended up in beautiful, personal family photos during our reception; not only will my husband and I get to cherish these photos of our loved ones on our big day, but our guests also have these beautiful photos to treasure. I am so excited to get to enjoy our photos for years and years to come. I cannot possibly recommend Lan strongly enough for your wedding day or ANY of your photography needs!
