Finally found some spare time to try out the newly opened Lan's Noodles & Dumplings. Quite a lot of customers on a weekday. Ordered quite a few appetizers, including edamame, cold seaweed salad, cold fungus salad and tasty shredded potatoes; handmade soup dumplings and pan fried pork buns as well as both hand pulled and knife sliced beef combo noodle soups. For the noodles, the portion was quite large without adding extra. Also besides noodle soups, the noodles also have the dried mixed cold and stir fried options. The broth was flavorful. The handmade noodles were chewy. I preferred the hand pulled one over the knife sliced one, but purely as a personal preference on the texture. The soup dumplings and pan fried buns also did not disappoint and were quite tasty. The appetizers were authentic and delicious. The cold fungus salad was especially crispy. Despite the number of customers and it just opened yesterday, the service was dedicated and wait time was reasonable. Also the restaurant was quite spacious and well lighted. One thing to note was many customers spent some time figuring out the entrance was the very big door instead of the regular doors on the sides. The Asian food scene in Denver was certainly getting better day by day.

Lan Noodles Dumpling House has potential but is still finding its footing during their grand opening. The food came out very slowly, despite the restaurant not being busy. I understand it can take time to settle into a rhythm, but the service needs improvement. The waitstaff seemed inexperienced, running around without a clear system. I noticed several tables trying to flag down servers who didn’t notice them. If you visit, make sure to walk up to the front to let them know you’re there, or you might not be seated promptly. As for the food, I tried the soup dumplings, pork dumplings, and pan fried dumplings, which were decent. The shredded potato dish was surprisingly good, and the stir fry noodle was a bit salty. But it is a convenient spot for dumplings if you’re in the area, but I hope the service improves with time. Definitely they need to know what the tables numbers are they seem a bit lost. I would come back and try again once they get more settled on their service.

Big open new space. Clean and friendly staff. Proportions were decently sized! I would recommend! I got the beef noodle soup and it was so flavorful and the noodles seemed endless. Would recommend the knife cut noodles. Definitely coming back soon!

Beef is triple as normal Lanzhou noodle. Taste not bad. Noodle is really pulled out by hand.

My mouth was faster than my phone = means pretty darn tasty. Will have to come again and take pics.

Nice lunch combo app+noodle or dumpling+noodle. Soup noodle was very good, light but flavorful broth, not too salty. Tried Beef combo noodle, a great option with all cuts of beef. Delicious chili crunch oil.

Appetizers were all good. They let us try seaweed and black fungus on the house. I ordered shredded potato which was nicely done.

Soup dumpling skin is on the thick side but filling was good. On par for Denver Standards.

Nice atmosphere which is nice for a change, not the usual cheap furnishings. Great service too. Everyone friendly and helpful.

Went during their Grand Opening and all the food was good! Our group loved the hand pulled noodles in both the soup and stir-fry! Soup dumplings were delicious, the skin was a bit thicker than I would like but the filling was perfect!
