Before Man Vs Dirt we had hire a different cleaning company. We had 3 different franchise owners come and clean but were still not getting the job done right. The last group I had asked to please have our lobby mopped nightly because I was seeing them through the camera that they were mopping 3 times a week, they said that wasn’t in their scope of work. That’s when I decided to call other cleaning companies, Jonathan was quick to respond and schedule a walkthrough. His price was higher than the rest but explained the reasons why. He takes care of his employees and in return his employees provide excellent work for him. I am happy with his staffing and Jonathan is on top of everything, if I have an emergency he is there as well. My 6 month contract is almost up and I’m ready to sign up for another 6 months. I have hired this great company numerous times and I can truthfully say I wont be seeking any other company to get the job done. They have exceeded my expectations with deep cleaning, carpet cleaning and pressure washing. Not only has Jonathan helped me out on very short notice, his crew got the cleaning done quickly and professionally. Also, I would like to add that the disinfecting service they offer is a must! Fantastic job done by man versus dirt! I recently inherited a house that sadly had someone in it who could not take care of it for a long time. After months of removing the physical items myself by the time I got underneath to all the grime I was exhausted. Man versus dirt expertly handled mold, grime, wooden floors, and cat pee.
