They are horrible. Do not recommend using for your business, they manage my apts and do not care at all. The manager here does everything he can to avoid helping or listening to tenants issues. They put out flags instead of using that money to fix ACs, things broke in apts ect. Their priorities are not straight at all! They are rude to the people that live here instead of at least trying to help! Find a better management company, this one will only cause your property/business more problems. They obviously can not hire professions, they are extremely immature in the office and do nothing to make this place better

NEVER rent from these people. Since I moved into one of their properties, it has been one problem after another. The most recent of which was, I was awoken on a Saturday morning by the sound of loud banging and someone trying to force the door open. Thinking I was being subject to a home invasion, I began calling 911, when I realized I was hearing the noise of the key fob lock trying to be opened beneath the deadbolt. So, I thought, omg it must be maintenance, maybe there is a fire or a gas leak. Well, it was neither. It was the new property manager SCREAMING at me that I hadn't paid my rent, so she has the right to enter my unit. Of course, I had paid my rent, and, I'm not sure what her coming into my apartment with absolutely no warning, timely or otherwise, was intended to accomplish. Anyway, I was so shaken that I could barely speak except to tell her to check her records, which she did, sometime thereafter sending me an email to that effect - that, actually, the rent was paid up. No apology, nothing. I have rented from property managers that were lazy and slow and inattentive about repairs, etc., but never have I wondered when one of their incompetent employees will burst through my door as I sleep.

I had the good fortune of working with this team on a project and was very impressed with how they improved the standard of living of all residents by proactively making improvements to their property that accomplished this. Additionally, they were professional and responsive in every interaction. They make the challenges of property management seem simple by doing what they say they will on a daily basis.

I live at one of the properties SWA manages and the grass hasn't been cut in almost 3 weeks. The trash is overflowing our dumpster because they placed a larger dumpster in front of it, that is also overflowing with trash now, so the regular trash truck cannot get in to dump our regular dumpster. There is also no power to the laundry room or boiler rooms so we can't do laundry and only have cold water. I've tried calling but the number is disconnected and I've emailed and no one responds.

This is for the property of Avenue on Yale Street in respect to the office management.Very poor and disrespectful Please look into this because I’ve been a tenant for 4 months now & I have experience a very unpleasant experience. I don’t believe anyone knows what’s been going on Most people won’t know or say anything here & needs to be confronted. Hope things change with this new company owners.
