F1 never give our HOA presidency any information about our bank accounts we have never known how much money our HOA has in our accounts so we had no way of verifying if our funds were accurate, or if F1 was taking money from the accounts. Our HOA decided to switch companies to K&R and F1 didn’t transfer the money so I went to St George personally and they were just gonna give me $170,000 check without even looking at my ID to verifying who I was. This is a horrible business that is very unprofessional.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT use this company. For the sake of all homeowners, look elsewhere…literally I’d rather Lucifer himself over this company. They are petty and inconsiderate. They are money grabbers and give out fines as if it’s Halloween and they are handing out candy. I wish so badly I could get them removed from our neighborhood. If I was more ambitious I’d start a march against them but I don’t have as much free time on my hands as them and I’m a stay at home mom. I think they just circle neighborhoods looking for absolutely ANYTHING that will make them be the star of the month in the office. If you are looking for a management company, I beg you to please consider another company. I wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy. I feel as if I’m in prison in my own home with them lurking around like prison guards.

My husband and I are homeowners in an HOA they manage. Our HOA is responsible for the roof as well as other typical things. Our roof has been leaking an entire year and we’ve given multiple complaints as well as provided documentation of the leak and the damage that has been done to our home over the year. They sent a guy in March but he did not inspect the roof and left without doing much work and without resolving our leak. The situation is very frustrating. If there was no HOA we wouldve simply hired someone a year ago and had no damage done. In addition in the time we’ve lived here we’ve been notified of no HOA meetings and when I requested information on who the board was and how to contact them I was told by F1 that they couldn’t share that information.

F1 property management manages our HOA. We have had a roof leak for a year now and our HOA is supposed to do roof repairs. They have sent out a roofer in March but the roofer did hardly anything and barely communicated with us to identify the problem. We have sent emails to F1 multiple times and they have been no help. They haven't notified us of any HOA board meetings and haven't told us who the HOA president is.

To address the response, we have email threads dating back to October 25th 2022 (our initial complaint) along with each subsequent (dated) complaint and documentation of damage.

What you will notice from other 1 star reviews is a very clear pattern.

First, this company is not going to serve the interests of the board, home owners, or renters. If I were on a HOA board that contracts with this company, I would fire this management company and do everything in house. It would be more work, but the results would speak for themselves.

Second, F1 has literally no constructive feedback or response from those who have addressed some very apparent weaknesses in this company. The only response they can give is that it's the local HOA boards fault that has contracted them, not their own fault. Every HOA board should take notice. If F1 property management fails to address specific problems and to mitigate them, than the only one to blame is all the HOA boards that hired them. If that's not an obvious diversion from taking responsibility, I don't know what is. Beware of this company.
