I have never written a review on a rental Company before but today this changes. This is one of the best property Management Companies I have every had the privilege of working with and renting from. The Maintenance Coordinator, Shelley Larsen, always get right back to me any time I text with a problem or issue that needs to be resolved. They are kind, professional and best of all they are so easy to work with! They bend over backwards to make sure the place I rent is in top shape and I don't have to wait for anything to be fixed longer than a day or two. Thank you Utah First!!!

If I could give Utah’s First a 20/5 stars I would. I rented from them for almost 3 years, but the owners of my home switched property managements due to reasons they saw fit. I cried that day, because I didn’t want to leave Utah’s First. Every single encounter that I had with U1st was beyond pleasing. Anytime there was an issue they were amazing (I wish I knew a word more impactful than amazing because that word isn’t doing justice) and they were always right on getting someone sent out for maintenance work. Not to mention that the vendors that they work with are so so nice and professional. I can’t put into words how much I loved renting from Utah’s First. As soon as my lease is up from where I’m currently renting I am immediately coming back to Utah’s First. They are the best!!

I have been going through Utah First for almost a year and a half and they have an awesome group of workers there. All so kind and friendly it is family oriented and that is hard to find. They are all so friendly. My fridge went out after business hours and I was able to still get ahold of them. Bryan is awesome so kind and nice he had a fridge here within 25 minutes which to me is true customer service and a place that cares about their renters. He took the old one out and put the new one in and even cleaned up after himself. He even took that extra time to wipe the new fridge out with clorox wipes. Even though he has a family to get too he still makes time for people In the business. Anytime I put a work order in they are flexible with my schedule and get it taken care of promptly. Thank you Utah First for all you do and your hard work.

I am attaching pictures I took upon moving out.

They didn’t tell us that we were going to be living with the overbearing and high maintenance landlord before moving in. They took a small part of our deposit but we couldn’t understand why we were responsible for such charges. We asked for invoices and receipts but no response after monthly calls. (Picture attached)

At our one year inspection they had us replace the refrigerator shelf bars that were previously cracked even though I explained that this model was known for its defective shelf bars before the inspection. The landlord had shut off the fridge completely and closed the doors when the place was empty.

For some reason when the landlord had a complaint, they called us right away but when we called them it went straight to voicemail or they were always closed.

They definitely work for the landlord and not the tenants who actually pay the rent and fees for their salaries.

I have been able to set-it-and-forget it as an owner and have the Utah 1st team take care of my property.

Listed my SFR with them and they found me a great tenant, they take care of the everyday administration and requests.

Utah First Property Management was the best HOA Management Company until MYLEE left. She was an asset to this HOA Management team and since she left, everything went downhill from there. MYLEE was the person who was over helping your HOA.m and MYLEE actually knew so much about what is going on in our HOA. SORRY ? MYLEE IS GONE and now so am I.
