Just got done touring multiple units, and there is no way the Regis Group is being truthful about the square footage of these units. There are three units listed at 1200 sq ft each, and none of them are over 1000 sq ft. Typical property management company tactics.

After that I'm inclined to believe all the negative reviews about this property. Don't live here.

I’ve been living here for one year and I love it! Our apartment is beautiful, the price is great for the location, the view from our apartment is awesome! Maintenance is always very fast. Also the staff in the building are all very nice and helpful people. I’m a small girl and whenever I’m carrying a big box or anything, the staff immediately offer me help, and they definitely don’t have to. I love it here!

Yeah, renting in this building was a big mistake. They clearly are paying folks to write positive reviews because there's no way anyone has had a 5 star experience living here. When I moved in, the first neighbor I met asked "Why?" That was all I need to know. They ignore maintenance requests, like when my heat was broken and it was below 10 degrees out. I had to buy space heaters. And now that I've moved out, they refuse to refund my entire security deposit. Truly shady place

A joke of a building. If you're thinking about renting a unit from here, don't. They'll try to sell you on the promise that a roof deck will be built, but it won't anytime soon. They overcharge for the plastic units. It's not a luxury building but they think it is lol. Walls are paper thin and smoke from adjacent units wafts into your apartment like the breeze. They ignore basic maintenance requests. Oh, and they kept a chunk of my security deposit for bogus charges.

Our experience living at the Wolf building was excellent. The management was great and responsive. The apartment was great with great views and beautiful high ceilings and a high end loft feel without losing the charm of the original warehouse with pulleys etc. My wife and I had to leave due to a great job offer far away. We plan to return this year to retire there loved underground arts and resulting music and young people. Great mixed use building.
Highly recommend the warehouse side of the building. I hope Miguel is still there.

I want to post this because it's hard to find reviews of this residential building online, and people need to know what's going on.

I moved in 3 weeks ago. Within 3 hours of my boyfriend and I moving in, my apartment was broken into, and all of my valuables were stolen (3 computers, guitars, money, a jewelry box, a passport, etc.). We filed a police report, but of course, nothing can be done, and we will never be compensated. When we tried to find security footage, there were so many parts of the building that were completely unprotected by cameras, making us unable to identify the culprit.

We were given the impression that this was a safe, hip, fringe-y place to live, but there is a lot of questionable activity going on. There are strange people loitering outside all the time, the apt unit beside us has at least 6 people living in it, one of which is a very small child who is always up late at night screaming and running around. We have had a delivery package stolen as well, and we saw another package of ours in front of another resident's door. Management is unresponsive at best, and the management office is always closed with nobody in there.

To add insult to injury, the noise from Underground Arts below is insanely loud, to the point where I am able to feel the floor vibrate below my feet. Less than a month in now, we are paranoid of everyone we see in the building, we've lost thousands of dollars in belongings, and we are scared all the time.

Stay away from the Wolf Building if you want to live somewhere with peace of mind. We are paying much more in rent than we would have paid somewhere safer, and I regret it more than anything.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. The management was overall unresponsive to needs and I thought once they switched the contact manager it would get better, but it did not. From my room on the second floor I was subjected to concerts from the Underground Arts. I could feel my floors vibrating and it was almost as if I were at the concert. When trying to receive my security deposit back from the management, they deducted the last month's utilities directly from my deposit (which they are not supposed to do) when I had a different payment arrangement with my roommates. I've overall lost money that was supposed to be returned to me and there was rarely a night that I slept all the way through due to being able to hear almost every sound possible in my room. Additionally, they decided to renovate the second floor so there was constant construction during the day and they removed the garbage and recycling bins so there was nowhere to throw out trash unless you wanted to bring it all the way downstairs to the other side of the building. Overall, awful place to live.

Overall pretty disappointed with my two years at the Wolf Building. I enjoyed my time in the unit itself for the most part and I’ll truly miss the location. Cant say I’ll miss the cockroaches and astronomical energy bills.

However, I feel compelled to write this review to highlight how poor of a job the Regis Group did—they were virtually unresponsive and cut corners anywhere they could. We had multiple work order requests that remained open for 2+ months. One request in particular was for functional lighting in the living area that took 12 weeks to resolve. I guess I shouldnt be surprised considering the building has had 78 open violations with the City’s Licenses & Inspections Department in the last couple years.

As another reviewer mentioned, management attempted to pull a fast one on its tenants by taking out extra money when returning our security deposit for “utilities.” This is confounding considering that tenants pay utilities through Energy Management Systems, not the Regis Group.

I wish there was some way to hold companies like this accountable, but I guess this review is the best thing I’ve got. Proceed with caution.
