Lived on one of their properties in Queens for a few months. Nice spot, new kitchen. Immediate response when the boiler had an issue. They were very kind and helpful when we had to break our lease early. All in all pretty solid, if we ever move back to New York I would love to live in that property again.

Wolves den property Managment service is the best in NYC! I have investment multi family property in Jamaica queens and they are taking care of everything includes garbage cleaning to rentals. There service is the best so far. They are managing my property from 2018 with very reasonable monthly service charges and hassle free. Highly recommended!

We hired Wolves Den property management services for our newly built small multi-dwelling residential condo building in Long Island City, to provide maintenance services and for the management of our property finances. Unfortunately, we were forced to terminate our agreement in just under two months, due to substandard delivery of maintenance services and the owner’s unwillingness to address our many concerns after multiple complaints.

To clarify, the super assigned, Robert, was ineffective and unable to perform basic maintenance duties from the onset of our agreement. He was massively inconsistent with the upkeep of our property and often did not clean our building until we submitted our request in writing and even then, we watched him drag around a filthy mop soiling our floors even further. Robert also failed to manage our trash regularly, leaving overflowing trash unattended and he consistently violated NYC Sanitation ordinances placing the trash outside in the morning before noon, instead of at night, after 4pm.

We communicated our concerns multiple times (with photographs), but the response from the owner, Nafiz, was to imply that our expectations were too high. He refused to acknowledge our concerns, he was unwilling to reassign Robert to another location and frankly, made no genuine attempts to help us. In fact, when we received a sanitation violation for unremoved ice/snow in front of our building, Nafiz adamantly refused to believe Robert did not safely remove the ice/snow and instead resorted to blame the building residents for the summons. Through it all, Nafiz never offered to visit our property and personally inspect the premises to address our litany of concerns.

In the end, we agreed to forfeit any remaining service dates to prevent further deterioration of our property and when we requested to terminate our agreement, Nafiz demanded we sign an NDA/waiver to prevent us from sharing our experience publicly and releasing WD of any potential liabilities. For obvious reasons, we refused to sign and ultimately managed to fully terminate our agreement.

For us, working with WD was terribly exhausting and between the overwhelming maintenance issues, the questionable business practices and the severely unsanitary conditions of our building, we felt we needed to help others looking to hire WD, understand what may potentially lie ahead. We do not recommend WD in any capacity.
